Pro-Tech Waterproofing Solutions, Inc. is a family owned and operated business located in Chicopee, Massachusetts. As trusted foundation waterproofing specialists with over 29 years of experience in the field, the company provides solutions for homeowners and businesses who experience problems with wet basements, cracked foundations and drainage issues. Our main territory is the Western Mass area including the Counties of Hampden, Hampshire, Franklin, and Berkshire counties as well as Litchfield, Hartford and Tolland counties in Northern Connecticut. Depending on circumstances, we do travel into Eastern New York state, Southern Vermont and Southern Connecticut.

Ron Gilpatrick,

Founder and President

Pro-Tech Waterproofing Solutions was founded by Ron & Gill Gilpatrick in 1983 and incorporated in 1985. As a home builder, general contractor, and past Massachusetts licensed Home Inspector, Ron's understanding of quality construction is extensive. His 50 + years of experience in the building and remodeling industry has been passed onto others as a frequent speaker at seminars for Building Inspectors and Massachusetts licensed Home Inspectors. He also works as a consultant to many professionals, providing expert knowledge on water issues that affect buildings. Ron holds a Massachusetts Construction Supervisor license. Pro-Tech Waterproofing Solutions has been a registered home improvement contractor since the inception of the law.

Gisele Gilpatrick,

Office Manager

Gill has been actively involved in the business since its inception and has 33 years experience in the construction business. Gill holds a Construction Supervisors license. Gill is a "certified waterproofing applicator" of many different waterproofing products and systems and operates the excavator. He also does the forming and pouring concrete. He is present at and supervises every job and will not leave until it is done to his satisfaction. He prides himself on leaving every job in better condition than when the work started.

Gill Gilpatrick,

Director of Operations

Gisele attended Holyoke community, UMass and graduated from St. John's School of Business. She serves as Office Manager. She also has over 30 years experience in the construction / waterproofing business. She has gone out and inspected jobs and has worked in the field. She has seen all the various systems being installed such as sump pumps, internal & external drainage systems, foundation crack repairs and numerous coatings whether they are a spray on product or a sheet membrane. Because of this experience in most cases she is able to assist the caller in diagnosing the problem and what some of the solutions might be.

Gisele is on the Board of Director for the Home Builders & Remodelers Association of Western Massachusetts and is the Chairperson for the Home Show Committee. This is now her 5th year as part of Home Builders and Home Show committee
